The Healthy Back course is designed to strengthen, mobilize, and support the spine through targeted exercises and mindful movement. It focuses on improving posture, reducing tension, and preventing back pain caused by daily habits such as prolonged sitting or physical strain.
Participants will engage in a balanced combination of strengthening, stretching, and mobility exercises that target the core muscles, back, shoulders, and hips. The course also incorporates elements of body awareness and functional movement to promote long-term spinal health.

How to find us:We’re located right by the Spree in a bright loft space. Enter the property at Wilhelminenhofstr. 92 through the green gate, walk all the way toward the water, and follow our signs. Opposite the “Spreefloß” boat rental, take the metal stairs up and go through the second door. :)
