Structure A Pilates class designed for pregnant and postnatal bodies. Pelvic floor, core, breath — all adapted safely for every stage. No two bodies in this class are the same, and that's the point.
During Supported, seen and gently challenged. Movement that feels appropriate to the body you're in today.
After Connected and capable. Many mothers describe feeling more in their body than out of it for the first time in months.
Long-term Pelvic floor health, core rehabilitation, reduced pregnancy-related discomfort, and a space to return to yourself.

Babies are always welcome — no childcare needed. You can feed, hold, or have your baby rest beside your mat while you move. The atmosphere is relaxed, understanding, and designed for real motherhood.
You’ll leave class feeling stronger, supported in your body, and connected with other mums in the community.
