This immersive session combines EFT tapping, sculpting face yoga, intentional self-massage with high-quality oil, and the healing frequencies of a sound bath.

We begin with EFT Tapping, a simple yet powerful technique to calm the nervous system and open space for self-acceptance and love. Then we move into sculpting facial massage, activating meridians, stimulating lymphatic flow, and releasing tension stored in the jaw, neck, and shoulders, creating space for energy to move and radiance to rise. The session closes in stillness, wrapped in the immersive frequencies of a sound bath, a space for integration, regulation, and deep reset.
