Singing Circle

Singing is one of the oldest tools for connection—within ourselves and with others. It regulates the breath, opens the heart, and brings the nervous system into resonance. Whether through sound or silence, the voice carries emotion, memory, and presence.

In this session, we’ll journey together through gentle vocal activation and melodic humming, gradually opening into a collective singing circle. The songs are simple and layered with harmonies, designed to support self-expression and attunement—both inward and with those around you.

No prior experience is needed—just a curious spirit, a willing voice, and an open heart.
