The THF Tower offers the perfect rooftop location for a beautiful afterwork Yoga session. Expect an energising Vinyasa Flow, vitalising breathwork, exclusive Sunday Natural goodies, and a grounding relaxation to close the day feeling calm, clear and connected. All levels are welcome, with variations offered throughout the class.

CHECK-IN

Please show the teacher your booking confirmation and bring your own mat or blanket. Optionally take a sun blocker, anti-mosquito spray and something to drink with you. If you have hay fever, please be mindful with yourself.
