Verena is fascinated by movement in all its forms. With curiosity and creativity, she explores new ways of moving the body every day—ways that foster connection both inward and outward. For her, yoga is a living field of endless possibilities to better understand the body, the mind, and life itself. With a background in athletic training and somatic movement, she weaves together powerful, flowing elements with subtle, deeply effective impulses. This creates a practice that strengthens the body’s deeper structures while opening up new movement pathways. Verena invites you to redefine familiar movement patterns, experience the body in its full, integrated range, and gently expand the boundaries of the mind—so you can rediscover your potential again and again.
