Sometimes they trap us in repetitive mental loops – patterns we know are unhelpful, yet feel impossible to break.In this course, we’ll explore the roots of our emotions – how they serve us and how they may hold us back. You’ll learn practical methods to cultivate inner stillness and space, finding calm amidst emotional turbulence.

Through this gentle awareness, our emotions begin to loosen their grip. We learn to accept them, understand their nature, and see where they come from.

We also notice how assumptions shape how we see others. When this lens clears, compassion and inner freedom naturally emerge.
