YOU’LL LEARN:
• The basic Classical exercises of the Pilates mat and reformer repertoire
• Deeper body awareness through the 5 core principles of Pilates: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow
• How to find your individual starting point and understand the progressions for building strength and confidence in an efficient, sustainable way
• How to build proper form & use progressions to gain the maximum benefit of Pilates
