Cancellation is free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the course.

In case of Late Cancellation and/or No Show, the following applies:

For Cardholders:

  • The class will be reduced from your Block Card.

For Members/Egym Wellpass/Hansefit bookers:

  • If you cancel your registration less than 12 hours before the start of the course, you will be charged a €10 late cancellation fee.
  • If you do not attend the course despite having registered, you will be charged a €13 no-show fee.
  • If you have a Membership with us, for No Shows & Late Cancellations, you will receive an Invoice with a charge of 5€

All will be sent and charged via Invoice.

If you know you won't be able to attend, please cancel your class through the eversports app, note that other people might be waiting for that space.
