Self-Massage & Myofascial Release (MFR)

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn practical tools to ease tight muscles, enhance flexibility, and promote relaxation using simple props such as therapy balls, foam rollers, and your own body weight.
Guided step-by-step, you’ll explore methods that target common areas of tightness—neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs—while gaining a deeper understanding of fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles). Whether you’re an athlete, desk worker, or simply seeking relief from everyday aches, this class will leave you feeling lighter, more balanced, and empowered with techniques you can use anytime.
