This gentle yet deeply nourishing session invites you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your body through mindful, somatic movement. Designed to release tension and cultivate inner awareness, the practice focuses on sensing and feeling rather than achieving shapes or poses.
We move intuitively, exploring subtle motion, breath, and presence—creating space for the nervous system to soften and reset. The class closes with grounding Yin postures and a soothing sound healing journey using singing bowls, designed to support deep relaxation and energetic balance.
Perfect for all levels, this class offers a space to unwind, restore, and realign—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the course.
If you cancel your registration less than 12 hours before the start of the course, you will be charged a €10 late cancellation fee.
If you do not attend the course despite having registered, you will be charged a €13 no-show fee. You will receive an Invoice.
