In this 2-hour workshop, guided by Leonie (@a_balanced_mind), you’ll explore how your breath can become a powerful tool to understand and regulate your emotions. Combining psychological insights and practical breathwork techniques, we’ll first dive into the science of emotional regulation and then embody it through guided breathing practices.
During the session you will:

- 💭 Learn to use your breath as a direct tool to calm or energize your system
- 💭 Gain psychological insights on emotional regulation for daily life
