In a world of constant stimulation and noise,

true silence has become rare.

We are continuously engaged —

through thoughts, conversations, and digital input —

often losing connection to ourselves in the process.

Temple of Silence is an invitation to pause.

To step away from the external noise

and gently return to your inner world.

This session is inspired by Vipassana practice,

focusing on observing the breath, body sensations,

and thoughts with awareness — without judgment.

You will be guided into stillness through a gentle introduction,

followed by periods of silent sitting and walking meditation.

There is nothing you need to achieve.

No expectation to perform.

This is a space to simply be —

to observe, to feel, and to reconnect.

For whom is this session?

This session is open to everyone —

whether you are new to meditation or already experienced.

All that is required is a willingness

to slow down and be present.

Why silence?

for clarity, awareness, and deeper connection.

What to bring

Yoga entered my life more than a decade ago and gradually became a steady, grounding presence in the way I move, breathe, and meet each day. After completing my 200h YTT in Rishikesh, India, I spent time teaching and practicing across Southeast Asia, allowing my teaching to be shaped by different cultures and approaches. Experiences with monastic life and a Vipassana meditation in Laos and Thailand helped deepen my understanding of stillness, focus, and mindful observation. I later returned to India to complete my 300h YTT, further refining my approach as a teacher. Inspired by the effects of sound, frequency, and vibration, I deepened my knowledge by training in sound healing and meditation in Kathmandu, Nepal. My classes and workshops combine movement, breath, and sound to support relaxation, clarity, and embodied awareness. My intention is to create a calm and supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling grounded and at ease.
