In this spirit, we invite you to a special collaborative session with Casa Rafaela—a midweek moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
Join Sylvia for a calming journey through the grounding practice of Yin Yoga, followed by a guided forest meditation with Andrea from Casa Rafaela, inspired by the Japanese art of Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing). You’ll be gently guided to slow down, stretch deeply, and awaken your senses. Through visualization, breathwork, and sensory exploration, we’ll bring the essence of the forest into the studio—immersing you in its soothing sounds and serene energy.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the course.
If you cancel your registration less than 12 hours before the start of the course, you will be charged a €12 late cancellation fee.
If you do not attend the course despite having registered, you will be charged a €15 no-show fee. You will receive an Invoice.
If you know you won't be able to attend, please cancel your class through the eversports app, note that other people might be waiting for that space.
