Join a guided sound journey rooted in Nordic animism, mythology, and deep listening. Together we’ll draw a rune to guide us through soundscapes shaped by the four elements, explore ancient practices and instruments, and awaken to the connective power of sound. This session invites you to reclaim ancestral knowledge from nationalist misuse, decolonize yourself, and reconnect with your surroundings - guided by acoustic instruments and voice. You will also leave with something to carry into your daily life.
