An immersive experience of movement and senses Dani’s favorite and recommended workshop*

Ruha Flow is an organic and free way of Poledancing that honors the flow of spirit through the body. The practice blends movements from different disciplines such as capoeira, contemporary dance, floorwork and animal flow — inviting a deep exploration of the body movement with the pole.

Level: higher beginner - intermediate

You will have your own pole during the whole workshop :)
