Hot Pilates Teacher Training

A fully in-person two-weekend intensive at Onda Berlin. You learn in the infrared room, in real time, teaching from the very first day.

Over four days you move through the complete mat syllabus. Weekend one opens with the foundations — powerhouse, breath, and spinal articulation — and you teach in the room for the first time on day one. Day two builds on that base with anatomy, heat physiology, sequencing principles, and hands-on correction. Weekend two takes you into advanced movement, props, modifications, and building a full class from scratch. The training closes with an assessed class, individual feedback, and your official Onda Berlin certificate.

Every session is introduced, analysed, and practised in groups of three, in the heat. All sessions are recorded and available in your Onda Academy library for 12 months after the training ends. A post-training mentorship session and printed training manual are included for all participants.

This training is for teachers who want to add Hot Pilates to their offer, and for practitioners ready to step to the front of the room for the first time.
