Expect an energising Vinyasa Flow, vitalising breathwork, exclusive Sunday Natural goodies, and a grounding relaxation to close the day feeling calm, clear and connected. All levels are welcome, with variations offered throughout the class.

Please show the teacher your booking confirmation and bring your own mat or blanket. Optionally take a sun blocker, anti-mosquito spray and something to drink with you. If you have hay fever, please be mindful with yourself.
