Infrared Sauna (25 mins)

Our infrared sauna uses infrared heaters ranging from 45°C to 65°C. We recommend a stay of 25-30 minutes.

You only need to bring your swimsuit if you don't want to go textile-free and a good book (slippers if you prefer not to be barefoot), everything else will be provided by the studio.
