For joining CFM MITTTE it is required to have more then 3 month experience with CrossFit or Functional Training.

For joining HYROX MITTE , you should have tried it before or know the movements as air squats, burpees, push ups.

This card is valid 6 weeks from your first date of purchase and allows full access to any class at CFM Box with 60 min group training session.

Buy this credit first and then choose a class you like. If you come with a partner each of you would need to register separate.
