Finnish Sauna

Our uniquely designed finnish sauna reaches a temperature, typically between 70°C and 100°C, providing a dry heat environment. It promotes detoxification through sweating and enhances muscle relaxation, stress relief, and improved circulation.

The heat helps to open up your pores, cleanse your skin, and ease muscle tension.

Sauna will only be available after 12pm during the week and 10am on the weekends.

You only need to bring your swimsuit if you don't feel comfortable going textile-free and a maybe a bathrobe and slippers if you prefer not to be barefoot, everything else will be provided by the studio.
