Shiva Shiva Yoga offers modern yoga in the center of Munich. Vinyasa and Jivamukti yoga for all levels is practiced and taught here. The boutique studio within walking distance of the main train station and Sendlinger Tor welcomes you with a practice room with natural light, changing rooms and a small store with drinks, yoga accessories and clothing.
Be your own guru.
Yoga is - according to the Bhagavad Gita - the journey to your own self through your own self. Without incense sticks, without a guru. But with a lot of joy in movement and a contemporary spirituality: "We practise athletically, but mindfully. To our breath and to the music."
No dogma. Just yoga.
