Using palms, elbows, knees, and feet, the practitioner applies rhythmic pressure and stretching to stimulate acupressure points, decompress the body, and promote a profound state of relaxation.

In this session, cupping therapy is integrated to enhance the healing process. Cupping involves placing suctioned cups on the bare back to draw stagnant blood and energy to the surface. This improves circulation, relieves muscle tension, and supports the body’s natural detoxification processes.
