You only need to bring your swimsuit and a good book (slippers if you prefer not to be barefoot), everything else will be provided by the studio.To make the most of your experience, please ensure there’s enough time after your class to relax in the sauna before we close. If time is tight, you’re welcome to enjoy your sauna session on another day.
