Hey Loves,

in this Video you will find a beautiful Beg / Int Combo on Spinning Pole - No Invert Required :-). We will work on a beautiful shape out of the climbing position and end up in a seat! If you want to see what the flow looks like you can check out my Post from the 25th of January 2024 on my Instagram (@curlypole) so you know what you are in for.

Also please make sure to do a warm-up beforehand, you can do one by yourself or use one from my library. In the video you will find helpful pre-exercises and we are first looking at the combo on static pole before we put everything together on spinning pole.

If you have any questions on the moves always let me know and of course I am always happy to see you train and workout with my videos, so don`t be shy to send me your videos :-)

Lots of Love and have fun with this one!

Lena

This Video was filmed at Polea Pole and Aerial Dance Studio in Budenheim. Lea Merscher is my dear friend and an extraordinary trainer. If you are near Budenheim, definitely go and say hi at her Studio. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and there are a variety of classes to choose from. Lea has an amazing personality and is the most supportive trainer. She knows exactly how to explain and break down all those pole dance moves for her students. So if you get the chance to learn from her - Take it!
