Five Sequence version of Ripped for strengthening and lengthening muscles - promotes long, lean muscle development, while building stability and strength from the hips and core to the extremities. This is not a yoga class, however, active poses from yoga are integrated and used strategically to lengthen the muscles activated and targeted in the Sequences listed below. No prior Knowledge of yoga is necessary.
