This releasing and cleansing Yin Yoga practice will help you to reconnect your body and mind. In Yin Yoga the medicine lies in stillness. The body gradually opens up as the yoga postures are held passively for several minutes. Freddi from Yoga on the Move guides you through long-held postures to stretch the connective tissue of the body, called fascia, and to give the nervous system an opportunity to rest and unwind. This class will leave you feeling deeply at peace, calm, and grounded. No experience necessary.
