In this 10 minute quickie, we work the back of the body. Shoulder extension, spine extension and hip extension is what you need if you have been sitting all day at your desk, or standing all day at work. This is a great workout for posture and strength.

All you need is a pair of weights that are maximum 2kg. You can use other household things like water bottles, soup cans, and so on, if you you don't have weights.
