Inhalt

Everyone knows the feeling: 'I am not good enough'. The reasons and situations vary, but the overwhelming feeling is the same.

Especially now, over a year into the pandemic, our self-doubt is ever-increasing. Research shows that our levels of stress and anxiety are skyrocketing, while we are trying to do our best to be 'good enough' as partners, parents, friends and employees under very difficult circumstances. In this LOVE SESSION, leadership coach Rutta Mekonen shares her own experience with self-doubt, and the tools she uses to overcome her inner critic voice and reconnect with hope, optimism, joy and love.

ABOUT RUTTA

Rutta is a human-centered leadership coach and trainer. She supports (prospective) leaders to find and develop their own leadership style in order to be the leader that they would want for themselves. She believes that we have to create working environments where we put people first, because that's the only way we can deal with today's challenges. She is fascinated by people and the interplay of values, behavior and corporate culture. Rutta loves inspiring others to see and draw out the greatness in themselves and others. That is why she studied economic and organizational psychology and came from Heidelberg via Birmingham to Seoul. For 10 years she worked as a people & culture manager in various industries, such as finance and IT. Today she works independently and has her own podcast "Making the workplace a better place". Her motto: Let's be the change we want to see in the world.
