Inhalt
A well rounded 60 minute Vinyasa Yoga class with quite a few side planks and twists. We're also activating the core muscles and finding our balance through different Asanas like Bakasana, Vasisthasana and a twisted variation of Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana. We're ending the class with an inversion of choice, a restorative backbend and our final relaxation.
