This workshop offers a gentle and holistic introduction to mindful eating and a more intuitive relationship with food.
We begin with a soft yoga practice combined with mindfulness exercises to reconnect with body awareness, inner perception and the senses. The movement part will be slow, grounding and may include a short restorative sequence with a mind-body focus.
You will receive practical input on topics such as hunger and satiety signals, emotional eating and the role of the nervous system. A guided tasting exercise allows you to directly experience mindful eating in practice.
There will also be time for reflection, questions and group exchange. Participants receive handouts to support sustainable integration into daily life.
This workshop is suitable for all levels and requires no previous yoga experience.
