Rocket Vinyasa Flow (English) 75 – Experienced

The Rocket® routine is a fast-paced, dynamic flow based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system. It consists of Surya Namaskar, standing poses, seated poses, and a finishing sequence. In Rocket Yoga, students can modify and make their own interpretation of the traditional asana. Prepare to be challenged, but have fun and leave feeling invigorated and energised.
