ONLINE LYT® Functional Yoga Flow (English)

In this class you will experience a dynamic core-based LYT® Vinyasa Yoga Flow with functional movements to build strength and mobility safely and sustainably. The flowing, alignment-oriented sequences are built with a huge knowledge of anatomy to give you the best support to move in creative ways.

You will find powerful & challenging parts, at the same time you will find space to explore the postures through precise alignments. A centered alignment of the posture always plays a role, so that you start the movements from your optimal starting point. In this way, you will also have a positive influence on the quality of your breathing and the balance of your nervous system.

“All Level”

The level is suitable for everyone who already has some Asana and/or Vinyasa Yoga experience. There are modifications so that you can adapt the asanas to your individual experience and energy.

For the Online Cass the following props are recommended:

• 2 Yoga blocks or two big books
• Bolster / Alternative rolled blanket or cushion
