Together we will explore the basic concepts behind authentic relationships applying the teachings of yoga. Our primary object is to examine our relationships and improve our effectiveness, authenticity and awareness.

“Authentic Relationships” workshop will consist of Hatha Yoga practice, Kundalini yoga meditations, coaching, discussions, pair work and self refection.
