WeMoa by Coach NoahSOCIAL LAKE RUN FREE EVENT — no check-in required.If you have an extra check-in, you’re welcome to use it as a gift to support the organization of this session — but it’s completely optional. Run together, connect, and start your day with good energy. The Social Lake Run is for anyone with a foundational fitness level who feels comfortable running 5–7 km at a steady, conversational pace. The focus is on moving together, enjoying the run, and connecting with the community. No one gets left behind. We’ll head toward Plötzensee, where you’ll have the option to jump into the water. This is completely optional. While those who want to swim take a quick dip, the rest of the group runs one lap around the lake (around 5–8 minutes, depending on pace). That gives enough time to get in, get out, and rejoin the group. From there, we continue together for another lap before heading back to the studio. You can bring a towel if you want to dry off, or just jump in, shake it off, and keep running — both options work.
