Mitte Training Club is built around one simple idea:
Consistency over ego. Mitte Training Club is not about extremes. It is about showing up, training well, and coming back tomorrow.
Under the umbrella of Mitte Training Club, we offer Hybrid Training in two clear, complementary directions: strength-focused training and race-oriented conditioning.
CFM Mitte focuses on Strength & Functional Training. The emphasis is on building real strength through classic barbell lifts, structured functional exercises, and intelligent programming. Training is progressive, technical, and designed for long-term development
— not short-term exhaustion.
CFM Mitte is for people who want to get stronger, move better, and develop sustainable performance through disciplined, repeatable training.
HYROX Mitte
HYROX Mitte is race-oriented and performance-driven. The focus is on conditioning,running, engine development, and preparation for HYROX-style competitions. Training is structured, demanding, and built around repeatability, pacing, and athletic efficiency.
Hybrid Training
Hybrid Training is the overarching concept that connects both paths. It combines strength, conditioning, and endurance — allowing athletes to focus on their priorities while staying balanced, resilient, and consistent.

Mitte Training Club is led by Lars Runne.
The coaching team at Mitte Training Club follows a clear, performance-oriented approach with a strong focus on structure, consistency, and long-term athletic development.
Coaches at CFM Mitte specialize in strength and functional training, with deep experience in barbell lifting, technical movement, and progressive programming aimed at sustainable strength development.
The coaching team at HYROX Mitte brings extensive first-hand race experience. Many of the coaches actively participate in HYROX competitions and work directly with the demands of race formats, pacing strategies, conditioning, and competition preparation. This practical race background allows athletes to be coached not only theoretically, but from real competitive experience.
All coaching is offered in German and English. The shared mindset across the team is calm, precise, and athlete-focused — prioritizing repeatable training, intelligent progression, and showing up consistently over chasing short-term intensity..
