Hi there! I'm Allena, a half Brazilian, half Italian enthusiast of movement and wellness. As a dancer, choreographer, and dance teacher, I discovered the amazing benefits of Pilates during my ballet journey in Brazil. This method became my secret to preventing injuries, gaining strength, and enhancing mobility for a better quality of life. In 2018, I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Dance from Angel Vianna University, where I delved into a unique somatic practice applicable in arts, health, and education. Since my first Pilates course in 2015, I've been on a continuous learning journey, mastering various styles like Physiotherapeutic Pilates, Comprehensive Pilates, and Fletcher Pilates. I adore teaching Pilates and Movement to people of all ages and abilities – from beginners to advanced, kids to seniors, and everyone in between. 1. What should I know for my first visit?

In the first few minutes we talk about your specific needs and goals, and also about any injuries you have. Come with comfortable clothes, with or without socks. Prepare your space, including Zoom platform, before the start.(You will receive an email with instructions).

2. What should I do if I have booked but cannot come?

If you cancel 24hours before the start, you don´t pay, and you can book a new class. Less than this, unfortunately, you need to pay the class, since the time was blocked for other clients.

4. Do I have to bring my own equipment or is it possible to borrow some at the venue?

If you have any equipment (including reformer, cadillac, or others), we can use them during the class. You can borrow some smalls props if you want, but it is not mandatory. You can have a very complete class without any equipments. If you need help, please contact me.
