The Resonant Body is a unique physical and vocal practice in Berlin, that blends in a playful and sensitive way, somatic body-voice work, mindfulness, conscious breath, improvisation and elements of buton dance to unlock self-expression.
The first part of the training begins always with a 30 min warm up. It is a cleansing and active ritual of movement and breath/voice that helps you to releases tension and prepares your body and mind for deeper exploration.
The second part continues with somatic and improvisation exercises focused on the connection between breath, voice, language and movement, where you can enjoy and explore your own movements, emotions and creativity.
Drop in sessions. Open to all levels. Classes in English or German.

Über das Team
Ana Kavalis is an interdisciplinary artist and voice–movement teacher based in Berlin. Her work brings together body, breath, and voice through improvisation, somatic practices, and playful exploration.
She is the creator of Resonant Body®, a practice that invites you to reconnect with your body, free your voice, and discover new forms of expression in a supportive and open space.
Alongside her artistic work as a performer and actress in film, television, and dubbing, Ana shares her passion for movement and voice with people of all backgrounds—encouraging creativity, presence, and self-connection.
