About us

Hey everyone! I am Olesya a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga teacher with 8 years of experience based in Munich, Germany. I have my personal style of Yoga which I call Fusion which means I integrate various other exercise styles into my practice and into the classes I teach. You may notice some pilates, fitness and ballet moves mixed into the practice making more fun and versatile. I am obsessed about alignment so I try to thoroughly explain the asana positioning etc in my online lessons so you practice safely and injury free. Despite teaching generally in English I speak Russian and German too.

About the Team

The team is just me. An easy going, cheerful, then you get what you see type of personality. I am passionate about working with people and enabling them to discover themselves anew through yoga. It is the biggest pleasure hearing that you feel better, happier and healthier after taking classes with me. I thrive to bring yoga in the accessible manner to everyone. To join my classes you don’t need to be strong, flexible, or anything but YOURSELF. The rest is all about the practice, persistence, ego management and self-acceptance.

Frequently Asked Questions

I offer various types of yoga at various levels. Paying high attention to body anatomy and alignment in my classes at any time. Having a deeper understanding of the asana mechanisms through personal extensive practice I am able to guide you better during the practice.
You just need to have Zoom app installed and ready. Have a yoga mat and suitable clothing. If you have a block or two and a yoga strap that would be great especially if you are practicing at the beginner level.
You need to take care of your own equipment as I do not provide equipment for online lessons. But i can suggest you what brand is better to get. As an ambassador of Liforme mats i can offer a 10% discount with my code FITYOGAGIRL19. You can purchase it on their site.
If you planned for a class but for some reason you can not attend that particular one, you can always write me a day in advance and then i let you join the next available one.
