Welcome to IMILUV - your amazing online, outdoor & in-person FINEST BOUTIQUE FITNESS Studio!
IMILUV offers innovative, fresh and efficient boutique fitness concepts that tick all the boxes. IMILUV is for a healthier you and guess what: we even take care of the little ones by providing Mini Me Yoga and Mini Me Barre classes.
Whether you’re looking for a good, sweaty HIIT burn, want to strengthen & sculpt your Bikini Body or immerse into full relaxing stretching: we've got you covered! Under the umbrella of the IMILUV concept you can choose your focus CARDIO, STRENGTH or MINDFUL FLEXIBILITY. IMILUV concepts have been designed as a full-body workout for everyone and is based on ballet-inspired movements. Classes are focusing on the best of HIIT, Pilates, Ballet, Yoga, Dance or Boxing.
Our IMILUV classes will be helping you to build up strength, flexibility and a graceful lean physique.

Julia, the founder of IMILUV, loves deeply teaching group fitness classes with all her passion for healthy and fun workouts. Having been in the fitness industry for more than 2 decades now, you can benefit from her broad knowledge in global health, wellbeing and mindfulness trends.
Julia has taught all kind of fitness, dance and yoga classes for adults and kids in different countries all over the world. Her classes are full of energy, motivation and power, always caring about your personal fitness goals.
