    Über das Team

    Ich, Mag. Julia Kroll, bin immer auf der Suche nach neuen Herausforderungen und bereit Neues zu entdecken, zu erfahren und zu lernen. Aufgrund einer schweren Krankheit im jungen Erwachsenenalter sowie aufgrund komplexer Fehlbildungen meines ältesten Kindes habe ich schon sehr schmerzhaft die Wichtigkeit eines ganzheitlichen Gesund-Seins erkannt und bin so stets auf der Suche nach mehr Wissen über das menschliche Sein selbst sowie den Zusammenhängen zwischen Menschen, Natur und Kosmos. So habe ich die Welt des Gyrotonic entdeckt! Und die Welt des Tanzens und Turnens begleitet mich bereits seit meiner frühen Kindheit! Die Begeisterung, Freude und Liebe dazu gebe ich sehr gerne weiter!

    Weil SIE sich dazu entschieden haben, Ihrem Körper etwas nachhaltig GUTES zu tun! Damit stärken Sie aber auch Ihren Geist und geben Ihrer Seele Nahrung. Ich werde Sie mithilfe meines Wissens und Könnens dabei bestmöglich unterstützen und begleiten!
    Reservieren Sie IHREN Bewegungstermin rechtzeitig, am besten direkt Online! Begleichen Sie bitte Ihren Kursbeitrag VOR der 1. Einheit per Überweisung! Für Fragen stehe ich Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung! Das Wichtigste: Bringen Sie IHR LÄCHELN mit!
    Für Gyrotonic: Bringen Sie bequeme Kleidung mit sowie unbedingt Socken! Für Gyrokinesis: Bringen Sie bequeme Kleidung und eine Yogamatte mit! Sie bewegen sich barfuß oder in Socken! Für Tanzkurse: Bringen Sie ein geeignetes Paar Tanzschuhe mit!
    Für Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis: Bitte unbedingt rechtzeitig entsprechend der Stornierungsbedingungen absagen. Für Tanzkurse: Bei Verhinderung bei einem der Termine können Sie diesen bei Parallelterminen oder zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt gerne nachholen. Bei Verhinderungen aufgrund längerer Krankheit bzw. Verletzung werde ich mich um eine individuelle Lösung bemühen!
    Meine Einstellung: Leben bedeutet Bewegung und immerwährende Veränderung. Das eine bedingt das andere und ist gleichzeitig ohne das andere nicht möglich! Mein Grundsatz als Pädagogin: Ich sage Dir nicht was Du tun sollst, sondern ich unterstütze Dich in Deinem Tun! Eines meiner Lebensmottos: Gib jedem Tag die Chance, der Schönste Deines Lebens zu sein!
