Durch Sabrinas emphatische Art, habe ich mich direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Außerdem hat sie die Übungen super erklärt und verschiedene Ausführungswege gezeigt, um jeden, egal ob Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittenen, anzusprechen. Ich freue mich schon auf die nächste Yogastunde bei ihr!
