    Bereits als kleines Kind spürte ich, dass Liebe der Schlüssel zu meiner Welt war. Mein Weg führte mich über verschiedene Yogaformen immer tiefer in diese Wahrheit. Geleitet und begleitet von Lehrer*innen und Mentor*innen unterschiedlichster Herkunft an unterschiedlichsten Orten dieser Welt, durfte und darf ich heute weiterhin diese unglaubliche Kraft für mich selbst ausbauen.

    Als ausgebildete Lachyoga-, Pranayama- und schließlich Kundalini Trainerin liebe ich es, kraftvolle, restaurative, inspirierende, an Jahreszeiten oder Zyklen angepasste Unterrichtseinheiten zu konzipieren, die einen intuitiven Zugang zur Kraft des Kundalini Yoga ermöglichen und helfen, Wege zu finden, in die jeweils eigene Energie und Wahrheit zu finden.

    As a certified Laughter Yoga, Pranayama, and Kundalini Yoga instructor, I love designing powerful, restorative, and inspiring sessions that are attuned to the seasons or cycles. These sessions create an intuitive path to the power of Kundalini Yoga and help you find your own energy and truth.
