    Willkommen:)

    Ich freue mich sehr, dass du da bist!

    Ich bin Ganzheitliche Pilates- und Yogalehrerin(BYV) mit 723Unterichtseinheiten mit Krankenkasse Anerkennung möglich.

    Was mir im Leben enorm geholfen hat, war die Kinesiologie (Emotionale Stressablösung Techniken mit Hilfe des Muskeltestes) wo ich auch die Ausbildung im Deutschland absolviert habe und es weiter gebe.

    • Es wäre viel zu Schade den ganzen Schatz an Wissen nur für mich zu behalten, es muss einfach weiter :) Eine Großartige Vorgehensweise, wie man sich von langdauerndem Stress befreien kann. Wenn du das Gefühl hast in deinen Beziehungen, Partnerschaftlich, in der Familie oder im Beruf keine Wahl zum besserem zu sehen und du darunter Leidest . könnten wir gemeinsam schauen, ob ich dir helfen kann!

    Ich habe über 12 Jahre Erfahrung im Gruppenunterricht!

    Ich unterrichte überwiegend in deutsche Sprache. Mein Herz schlägt auch für meine erste Heimat und die damit verbundene slowakische/ tschechische Sprache!

    Ihr habt die Wahl, entweder vor Ort (an 2 Standorten im Tauberfeld (Möckenloher Straße 2/Abkürzung T oder in Ingolstadt City ( Am Münzbergertor 19),in kürze I oder aber bequem von zu Hause aus mit Live online /O Übertragung ohne Fahrkosten!

    Vorort im T (Tauberfeld) habt ihr die Möglichkeit euch eine `´ Sport Regeneration Massage zu gönnen.

    Wir bereiten manchmal an den Feiertagen oder zu besonderen Anlässen ein ``Special ``Programm vor. Alles wird auch Online übertragen, ebenso wie die Mantra Sing -und (Tanz) kreise in Ingolstadt. Die Stressablösungen [Vorort T/I] sind sehr diskret und individuell, werden natürlich nicht gestreamt und auch nicht Online übertragbar! Anmeldung zu den Kursen regeln wir Online über Eversport wo du einfach dein Kurs // deine Mitgliedschaft buchen und auch bezahlen kannst! Es macht den Anmeldung Prozess für dich leichter.     Züruck zu dir. Wenn du dich von Stress und Ballast befreien möchtest und deinen inneren Seelenfrieden wiederfinden möchtest. Mit Leichtigkeit aus der Überforderung! Wir konzentrieren uns auf die Verbesserung der Körperhaltung, Stärkung und Flexibilität der Muskulatur. Gleichgewichtsschulung bewirkt bessere Körperwahrnehmung und Körperbewusstsein. Pilates kräftigt die tief liegende Muskulatur um die Wirbelsäule ,im Bauch und Beckenboden! Schmerzlinderung insbesondere Rücken -, Nacken- und Gelenkschmerzen! Energie und Vitalität :diese Praktiken können deine Energie steigern und dir ein Gefühl der Vitalität und Lebendigkeit verleihen, indem sie den Körper revitalisieren und den Geist beleben. Langfristige positive Veränderungen bewirken kann auch die Emotionale Stressablösung mit dem Muskeltest! 1:1 ``Es ist Wissenschaftlich belegt, dass unser Körper alles speichert von dem Empfängnis bis zu heute und die Negative Stresssituationen aus der Vergangenheit maßgeblich das Erleben der Gegenwart beeinflussen können.`` Mach deinen Rucksack leichter auf deinem Lebensweg..
    Unsere Kurse finden überwiegend ONLINE statt. Es gibt auch VORORT Kurse, im Ingolstadt und im Tauberfeld wo wir uns persönlich begegnen können. Bei einem schönen, angenehmen Wetter gestalten wir auch Aktionen in der Natur [T/I] im freien. Wir bieten entweder 1/2 oder ganzes Jahr Mitgliedschaft an. Zum schnuppen gibt es auch ein Quartale Mitgliedschaft (=4Mon.) Buchung.
    Bei uns steht Vorort alles frei zu Verfügung, aber wenn du gerne deine eigene Matte oder Decke nutzen möchtest, gerne! Selbstbestimmt!
    Wenn du nicht kommen kannst... Ich biete alle Mitglieder sich 2 Stunden vor dem Kurs abzumelden, um den Platz für andere zu schaffen! Vielen Dank voraus.
