    Pilates with a twist! Our studio blends classic reformer-based techniques with a modern approach to keep things fresh and exciting. Our classes are open to everyone, whether you're a Pilates pro or a total newbie. Join us for a fun and challenging workout that's tailored to your fitness level. Come join us and see for yourself - your body will thank you! Needless to say that all levels, ages and genders are welcome!
    When you come for the first time to a Reformer Pilates Studio, there are a few things you should know: · Comfortable Clothing: Wear comfortable workout attire that allows you to move freely during the exercise. Avoid baggy clothes that might get caught in the Reformer. · Grippy Socks: Grippy socks are required during all classes to prevent slipping on the Reformer. You‘re welcome to bring your own, or you can buy a pair in the studio. · Arrive Early: Arrive on time for a smooth workout and do not miss the warm-up for your own safety and maximum benefit. · Inform the Instructor: Inform the instructor about injuries or pregnancy before class (if you are in your second or third trimester, we kindly ask you not to attend our classes). · Listen to Your Body: Especially, as a beginner, listen to your body and avoid overexertion. Start with Beginner Classes, and as your confidence and strength grow, you can explore other class options. · Have Fun: Reformer Pilates is not only beneficial for your body but also a fun and dynamic workout. Enjoy the process and celebrate your progress along the way!
    Remember to pack your grippy socks, just as mentioned earlier. Beyond that, you can leave the worries behind because we've got all your workout essentials covered!
    We adhere to a 24-hour cancellation policy: · If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your class credit will still be valid, and you can book another class at your convenience. · However, if you miss the 24-hour cancellation period, your class credit will be forfeited, and the session will be charged. Please be mindful of the policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone!
    Nothing else to know, but a friendly reminder: Please inform the instructor about any injuries or pregnancy prior to the work out. Kindly note, second or third-trimester pregnancies aren't allowed in regular classes, but we're happy to arrange private sessions tailored for your cute baby bump. Safety first! Thank you!
