Fühlen uns super von Christian betreut. Er passt die Übungen individuell an und achtet auf Ausführung und Haltung. Dabei ist er sehr motivierend und es macht außerdem Spaß. Wir merken eine Verbesserung in Ausdauer, Kraft, Koordination und Haltung. Ist unbedingt empfehlenswert.
