Grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene reasons. Participation without grip socks is unfortunately not possible. You can purchase them at the studio if needed.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start of your class so that we can begin on time. Unfortunately, anyone arriving after the class has started will not be able to participate.
