Bitte melde dich vorab telefonisch oder per E-Mail an. Es ist empfehlenswert ca. 2 Stunden vor der Yogaeinheit nichts mehr zu essen und ca. 1/2 Stunde vorab nicht mehr zu viel zu trinken.
