ich heiße Christin und durch meine Hausärztin, die integrative Medizin in ihrer Praxis anbot, lernte ich Pranic Healing® und Sri Sai Prana Yoga® kennen und kann aus eigener Erfahrung berichten, dass die Wirkungsweisen absolut grandios und positiv sind. Die Selbstheilungskräfte werden aktiviert, Entspannung tritt ein und der Körper wird mit mehr Lebensenergie angereichert.

Wenn möglich, bringe gern aus aktuellem Anlass deine eigene Yogamatte und Hilfsmittel wie z. B. Kissen, Decke, Yogablock mit zum Unterricht. Trage bitte bequeme Kleidung.
Bitte melde dich vorab telefonisch oder per E-Mail an. Es ist empfehlenswert ca. 2 Stunden vor der Yogaeinheit nichts mehr zu essen und ca. 1/2 Stunde vorab nicht mehr zu viel zu trinken.
