    Unsere Einrichtung bietet im Raum Dormagen seit über 30 Jahren ein breites Angebot an umfangreichen Gesundheitsleistungen auf über 1.300 qm. Auf unserer Website erhalten Sie eine Übersicht über unsere Leistungen.

    Im ersten Abschnitt richten wir den Blick auf unser Leistungsspektrum im Bereich der klassischen Therapien. Wir sind im Raum Dormagen das größte Therapiezentrum für Physiotherapie/Krankengymnastik, Ergotherapie und Sprachtherapie/Logopädie.

    Als Schnittstelle zwischen Therapie und Gesundheitserhaltung geben wir Ihnen einen Einblick in den Bereich Prävention, Vorsorge und Kurse.

    Unsere zertifizierten Kurse in der Bewegung und Entspannung bezuschussen die Krankenkassen. In unserer medizinischen Fitness trainieren Sie unter fachkundiger Anleitung für ein gezieltes und gesundheitsorientiertes Training. Sie tragen somit zu Ihrem Wohlbefinden bei.

    Im nächsten Teil unseres Angebotes widmen wir uns den alternativen Therapieformen unseres Portfolios.

    Präventives und therapeutisches Yoga sowie die Yoga-Einzeltherapie gewinnt mehr und mehr an Bedeutung. Wir runden das Profil als ganzheitliche Behandlungsmethoden ab.

    Bitte beachten Sie folgende organisatorische Hinweise: Die Kursräume befinden sich im 3.OG des Therapiezentrum Dormagen und sind bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Bitte finden Sie sich spätestens 10 Minuten vor Kursbeginn im Vorraum der Kursräume im 3.OG ein damit der Kurs pünktlich starten kann. Die Kursleiterin wird Sie in Empfang nehmen und die organisatorischen Dinge erklären. In den Kursräumen und auf den Trainingsflächen besteht Straßenschuh-Verbot. Wir bitten um Einhaltung dieser Regel. Änderungen und Kurstermin-Absagen werden über eversports bzw. per E-Mail mitgeteilt. Bitte prüfen Sie daher unbedingt das E-Mailpostfach kurz vor Kursbeginn. Sollten Sie selbst einmal an einem Kurstermin verhindert sein, so teilen Sie dies bitte telefonisch unter 02133-2864-0 mit. Eine Absage per E-Mail erreicht die Kursleiterin nicht rechtzeitig vor Kursbeginn. Generell bitten wir in unserem Therapiezentrum um Einhaltung der geläufigen Hygienestandards - wie z.B. das Desinfizieren der Hände bei Betreten unserer Räumlichkeiten. Im Eingangsbereich der Kursräume steht ein entsprechender Spender mit Desinfektionsmittel für Sie bereit - ebenson auf den Toiletten. Bitte benutzen Sie diese. Vielen lieben Dank dafür! Eine Gymnastikmatte kann bei uns zum Preis von 39,90€ erworben werden, falls keine vorhanden sein sollte. In diesem Fall bitte vorab eine E-Mail an hallo@therapiezentrum-dormagen.de senden. Die Matte wird an der Anmeldung im 2.OG für Sie bereit gelegt. Bitte beachten Sie unsere gültigen Kursraumregeln, diese sind im Kursraum für Sie zum Nachlesen ausgehängt.     Präventionskurs MamaWorkout mit Babybauch: Falls Sie eine eigene Gymnastikmatte besitzen, so bringen Sie diese gerne zum Kurs mit. Sie benötigen zudem neben bequemer Sportbekleidung ein Handtuch und individuell bei Bedarf ein Getränk in einem bruchsicherem Gefäß. Wichtig: Für den Fall, dass Sie zur Unterzuckerung neigen, bringen Sie bitte auch einen kleinen Snack mit, damit Ihnen schnell geholfen werden kann. Sollten Sie an einem Termin verhindert sein, so bitten wir telefonisch unter der Telefonnr. 02133-2864-0 Bescheid zu geben. Eine Absage per Email erreicht die Kursleiterin nicht rechtzeitig. Vielen lieben Dank dafür! Präventionskurs Autogenes Training/ PMR/ Qi Gong: Zur ersten Stunde benötigen Sie lediglich bequeme Kleidung, ein Getränk in einem bruchsicheren Gefäß und evtl. Stoppersocken. Die erste Stunde beinhaltet eine theoretische Einführung in den Kurs. Die Kursleiterin erklärt in der ersten Kursstunde alles, was man für die Folgetermine wissen muss. Sollten Sie an einem Termin verhindert sein, bitten wir darum, telefonisch unter der Telefonnr. 02133-2864-0 Bescheid zu geben. Eine Absage per Email erreicht die Kursleiterin nicht rechtzeitig! Die Absage der Teilnahme bei einem Entspannungskurs ist besonders wichtig, da die Kursleiterin ansonsten auf Ihr Kommen wartet.     Unser Therapiezentrum ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen rückseitig am Gebäude zur Verfügung. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze finden Sie direkt nebenan z.B. auf dem Parkplatz von "Netto". Alternativ ist der Schützenplatz als kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in nur 5 Minuten Gehzeit erreichbar.
