Entdecke die Fusion aus Yoga und Tanz mit Yoga Dance Flow©.

Steigere deine Praxis, finde deinen Rhythmus & erobere deine Bühne. Erfahre eine Reise, auf der sich deine Yogamatte nicht nur in deinen „Safe Space“ sondern auch in deine Bühne verwandelt. Beim Yoga Dance Flow© definieren wir traditionelle Praktiken neu, indem wir die Gelassenheit der Yoga-Asanas nahtlos mit der ausdrucksstarken Freiheit der Tanzbewegungen verbinden. In jeder Klasse studieren wir gemeinsam eine Choreografie zu einem Song ein. Am Ende werden wir den Kopf aussschalten und durch den Song flowen. Raus aus dem Kopf, rein in den Körper!

Über das Team

Joschua

Mit seiner Begeisterung zum Fussball, Tennis und Snowboarden legte er die sportlich, athletische Basis für seine professionelle Tanzkarriere. Er durfte viele Jahre hauptberuflich tanzen und traf dann seine große Liebe: Viola. Gemeinsam gründeten sie den Yoga Dance Flow. Joschua ist Sport-Enthusiast, Spiritueller- und Kunstliebhaber. Er liebt das Tanzen, seine Familie und Überraschungen.

Viola

Vom Studium der Verfahrenstechnik, zur Marketing Managerin, zum eigenen Start-Up, zum Yoga und in die Selbstständigkeit. Viola weiß es selbstständig, innovativ und organisatorisch zu arbeiten. Im Yoga hat sie vor einigen Jahren eine neue Inspiration gefunden. Nach einer Vinyasa Ausbildung und einigen Jahren Unterrichtserfahrung lernte sie ihre Liebe zu der langsamen, restorativen Praxis kennen. Nach ihrer zusätzlichen Yin Yoga Ausbildung bei Helga Baumgartner unterrichtet sie regelmäßig in Stuttgart. Ihre sensitive, detailorientierte und empathische Art verzaubert alle Teilnehmer*innen.

Neben all diesen Errungenschaften ist ihre Familie (Tochter Coline und Partner Joschua) ihr ein und alles. Im Yoga Dance Flow ist sie die leitende Hand hinter den Kulissen.

Häufig gestellte Fragen

Weil Yoga Dance Flow die perfekt Fusion aus Yoga und Tanz ist. Du verbindest Yoga-Haltungen mit fließenden Tanz-Elementen in einer einstudierten Choreografie auf einen bestimmten Song. Jede Stunde gibt es ein anderes Musik-Genre, so dass für jede/n etwas dabei ist. Freue dich auf Spaß auf deiner Matte, die Erfahrung deines Körpers und den Ausdruck deiner Emotionen, auf den Flow mit deinem Körper. Und auch wenn du keine Yoga- oder Tanz-Erfahrung hast, kannst du einfach ganz neugierig einmal vorbeikommen. Es gibt hier auf Eversports eine vergünstigte Probestunde für Neukunden*innen.
Bringe dir bequeme Kleidung und eventuell deine eigene Matte mit. Es gibt aber natürlich auch Matten vor Ort, solltest du keine besitzen.
